I have made several submissions in the past to the local EDC, which should be on file, making the case for Lillooet being particularly well situated and favoured for the establishment of an ESL (English as a Second Language) Academy here.
Lillooet offers lower operating costs than the ESL Academies in Whistler and Vancouver, yet is situated weekend-close to Whistler recreational amenities, while providing a safer and more inexpensive locale. Lillooet also offers its own riches of alpine, horseback riding and Fraser River recreational experiences.
