Recognizing the challenges of taking time out to study, the Gordon Institute of Business Science (GIBS) has joined the growing ranks of world-class business schools that offer online learning, harnessing the information-sharing ability of technology to deliver truly flexible education. GIBSdirect, GIBS’ new online learning portal, was officially launched on Wednesday, 15 February.
“Today’s time-pressured business environment makes it difficult for many professionals to take time out to study, but whether you’re in a corporate job or running your own company on-going learning is imperative for those who want to get ahead,” says Sue Swart, GIBS digital marketing manager.
