Report: Ohio State should create office to monitor rules compliance across university

 Consultants have recommended that Ohio State University hire a vice president to oversee a new office responsible for monitoring compliance with rules and regulations in the wake of its football program’s NCAA infractions scandal.
A report given to a university board of trustees committee Thursday is a response to the scandal, which led to the resignation of coach Jim Tressel, but its recommendations would apply to numerous departments, including athletics. The trustees’ audit committee
